Kodiak Alaska
(Brown Bear)

This outfitter is located in Ugak Bay on Kodiak Island. He has been hunting the same two areas for 23 years. He provides a very limited number of quality custom hunting adventures from a comfortable lodge and great spike camps. The owner / outfitter will personally guide most of the hunts. Most of the bear hunts are backpack hunts that get you into the middle of where they are. A couple of hunts in the spring can be conducted directly out of the lodge due to the long days. They have historically averaged 9½-foot bears with over 26-inch skulls. All brown bear hunts on Kodiak are by drawing permit, with the odds historically being from 70-90% to draw. The spring hunt application deadline is December 6th and the fall hunt deadline is May 31st. Hunters fly to Kodiak, Alaska and take a charter flight to the lodge (approximately $200.00 round trip)

Alaska
(Grizzly / Brown Bear)

Welcome to Alaska, home to some of the finest big game hunting in North America and the world. You will experience one of the most dynamic and beautiful wilderness adventures of a lifetime. This outfitter has been in the guiding and outfitting business in Alaska since 1979. The permanent main camp is located 90 miles northwest of Iliamna. His hunting area is Game Management Unit (GMU) 17b and 19b both of which are game-rich and productive. Due to the remote locations of the camps, they operate a Super Cub fitted with tundra tires that allow them to fly into more remote areas to scout for game or to deliver hunters to drop / spike camps. The areas they hunt have produced some world record trophies and yours could be next!
Moose hunts are also available.
